Withdraw from contract

Use this form to tell us that you are withdrawing from your contract with us (your order). After you press "Confirm withdrawal", we will send you by email an acknowledgement of receipt, with the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent.

The conditions of withdrawal, including the exceptions, are set out in our Returns Policy.

You can also withdraw by sending us any unequivocal statement, or the model withdrawal form from our Returns Policy, for example by email at daospureherbs.eu@gmail.com.
