Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. For handmade or made‑to‑order products, an additional production time of approximately 10 business days is required after payment confirmation. Customers will receive an email with the estimated shipping date once the order is processed. 3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are added to the total order value and are calculated according to the volumetric weight rules used by international courier services. Volumetric weight is calculated as follows: Economic Service (EU): (Length × Width × Height) / 6000 Economic Service (Non‑EU): (Length × Width × Height) / 4000 Express Service: (Length × Width × Height) / 5000 The final shipping cost is displayed before completing the order. 4. Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on: The destination country, The shipping method selected, Customs procedures (for non‑EU destinations). The Operator cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date, as transit times depend on the courier and customs authorities. 5. International Shipping & Customs Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union: Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply; The customer is solely responsible for paying these charges; The Operator cannot estimate or influence these costs. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. 6. Delayed, Lost, or Returned Shipments a) Delayed shipments Delays caused by couriers or customs authorities are outside the Operator’s control. b) Lost shipments If a package is lost in transit, the Operator will open an investigation with the courier. Resolution times depend entirely on the courier’s internal procedures. c) Returned to sender If a package is returned due to: Incorrect or incomplete address, Failure to pick up the package, Refusal to pay customs duties, The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. 7. Condition of the Package Upon Delivery Upon receiving the package, the customer is responsible for checking: The integrity of the packaging, Any visible damage, The conformity of the products received.
